Once the custom work has commenced, all payments made for Custom Web Design Services are considered final.

Public Relations Services

Our PR services are tailored to meet specific client needs and objectives. All PR services are non-refundable unless a written guarantee provided by The Well US has not been achieved on a monthly basis. We value our client relationships and strive to meet all agreed-upon goals, but in the absence of meeting these guarantees, a refund may be issued. All payments made for PR services are considered final.

General Services

For all other services offered by The Well US, clients have the flexibility to request a refund within the first 72 hours of contract signing. This grace period allows clients to assess their satisfaction and comfort with the agreed terms. After the initial 72 hours, both parties are expected to honor the terms of the contract.
